Η επέμβαση της αστυνομίας στην Πρυτανεία του Πανεπιστημίου Αθηνών παραβίασε το πανεπιστημιακό άσυλο, υποστήριξε ο κοινοβουλευτικός εκπρόσωπος του ΣΥΡΙΖΑ Θανάσης Πετράκος.
Μιλώντας στον Βήμα FM, ο κ. Πετράκος μίλησε και για τις διαπραγματεύσεις και το ενδεχόμενο δημοψηφίσματος, αλλά και για τη συνάντηση Τσίπρα-Παπανδρέου στην οποία, όπως είπε, συζητήθηκε το θέμα της Εξεταστικής γιατί ο κ. Παπανδρέου «έχει ουσιώδεις και πολύ μεγάλες ευθύνες για την κατάσταση στην οποία έφτασε η Ελλάδα».
Για την επέμβαση της Αστυνομίας στην Πρυτανεία του Πανεπιστημίου Αθηνών ο κ. Πετράκος είπε: «Από τη μία μεριά, υπάρχει ένα θέμα. Ότι υπήρξε είσοδος (της Αστυνομίας), παραβίαση του πανεπιστημιακού ασύλου. Είναι ένα θέμα σημαντικό. Όπως σημαντικό είναι ότι η κατάσταση αυτή έληξε χωρίς να υπάρξουν προβλήματα βίαιων ενεργειών και αυτό έχει μια ουσία. Είναι κάτι θετικό. Άρα, το ισοζύγιο βρίσκεται σε δύο αντιφατικά θέματα. Υπάρχουν δύο αντιφάσεις σ’ αυτή την ενέργεια: από τη μία πλευρά, η παραβίαση του ασύλου και από την άλλη η αναίμακτη επίλυση του θέματος. Για εμάς, το πανεπιστημιακό άσυλο είναι αδιαπραγμάτευτο και γι’ αυτό θα το επαναφέρουμε με το νέο νομοσχέδιο. Δυστυχώς, αυτή τη στιγμή, εφαρμόστηκε ένας νόμος της προηγούμενης κυβέρνησης».
Παράλληλα σχολίασε και τη διαπραγμάτευση αλλά και το ενδεχόμενο δημοψηφίσματος. «Όταν γίνεται μια σκληρή διαπραγμάτευση, μια μάχη ανάμεσα σε δύο διαφορετικές πολιτικές αντιλήψεις, δεν είναι το πιο φρόνιμο να πούμε αν θα γίνει (σ.σ.: να μην ολοκληρωθεί η διαπραγμάτευση). Πρέπει να κοιτάξουμε το συμφέρον της χώρας. Μπορεί να πει και ο ελληνικός λαός την άποψή του (σ.σ.: με δημοψήφισμα). Αλλά δεν θεωρώ ότι θα φτάσουμε ως εκεί».
Τέλος, ο κοινοβουλευτικός εκπρόσωπος του ΣΥΡΙΖΑ αναφέρθηκε και στη συνάντηση Παπανδρέου-Τσίπρα λέγοντας ότι «ο κ. Παπανδρέου πρέπει να στηρίξει τον εαυτό του, εν όψει της Εξεταστικής (για το Μνημόνιο)», ενώ σχολιάζοντας ότι ο πρώην πρωθυπουργός υφίσταται πόλεμο αποκάλυψε ότι «συζήτησαν λοιπόν για την Εξεταστική, γιατί έχει ουσιώδεις και πολύ μεγάλες ευθύνες για την κατάσταση στην οποία έφτασε η Ελλάδα».
